My name is Ben Collins and I’m a Bachelor of Taxation graduate from UNSW. I was registered as a Tax Agent (00692003) in 2009 and have been in private practice ever since.
I have personally prepared and filed thousands of company tax returns, from startups with no revenue all the way up to large proprietary companies (and everything in between).
I’ve seen a lot of accountants over-charging clients, quite simply because they’re over-servicing. Preparing company tax returns is not difficult if you know what you’re doing, so I’m offering the service of tax preparation without all the extras.
As a company director, you have a responsibility to maintain adequate financial accounts but small companies are not required to have financial statements prepared by an external accountant.
However, if a company is traded then the directors are required to file a company tax return.
So if you’re looking for simple compliance, without the bells and whistles, then you’ve come to the right place.
Of course, if you want bells and whistles then visit my business advisory site.
